All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, the product must be unopened and in re-salable condition, and must have all tags and labels connected and in tact. For product that is defective or missing pieces upon opening, please call the store at 406-522-8697 for replacement parts and pieces. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened LEGO, puzzles, or games. We do not accept returns or exchanges on candy, plush, frogs, or dress up.

In the event that product is damaged or lost in shipping, Hullabaloo Toys LLC is not liable for the replacement of said products. Please refer to the shipping company for damages or losses during shipping.
